Dan's Day Off
Today we celebrated Dan's day off by visiting a local landmark, the Baha'i Temple in Wilmette, IL. I had no idea what the Baha'i faith was, and until today just appreciated the building as beautiful architecture. But after touring the grounds, inside the temple, and their welcome center, I learned that it's a pretty fascinating religion.
There are only 8 Baha'i temples in the world, so it's neat to have one practically in our backyard.

We always talked about going to the Baha'i temple but never made it there. So beautiful. What a great field trip!
